Neutrinos and New Physics with the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics

Dear colleagues,

The Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics at UC Santa Barbara is holding its annual Teachers’ Conference on March 26. The topic is Neutrinos and New Physics. It is a full-day, in-person event featuring talks by physicists on their current research; there will be abundant time for discussion with both researchers and peers. Those who can’t make the trip can participate online and should also pre-register.

We make the conference as financially accessible as possible: there is no registration fee and KITP pays directly for 1 or 2 nights in the conference hotel. Travel support is available for any active teacher who needs it. The hotel provides breakfast and KITP provides lunch. Both high school teachers and community college professors are welcome. Physics, math, CS, and astronomy teachers are all invited. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend in person.

We hope to see you there!
